1. Returns

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@prefitppf.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

2. Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Exchanges

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at contact@prefitppf.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same return conditions as stated above.

4. Shipping Returns

• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
